When you make travel arrangements with Aces Transfers & Services and you provide information about yourself, we use this information to complete your order (i.e., to complete air, hotel, car, and other reservations), meet any customer service requests, and provide trip related information via email. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order and make travel arrangements for you. Such parties include airlines and other travel suppliers, credit card payment services, airline reservation systems, and other global distribution systems of travel services.

In addition to processing, confirming and fulfilling the travel or other services you request, Aces Transfers & Services may use certain data for administrative and analytical purposes such as information systems management, accounting, billing and audits. We may also use your contact information to provide you with personalized services, such as sending you an email notification regarding the status of your travel plans. We do not send offers and newsletters on daily or weekly basis.

All payment transactions are fulfilled between you (your computer) and the webserver of Alpha bank on behalf of Aces Transfers & Services. All transactions are fulfilled through secure connections (https), and credit card details are processed by secure systems that are certified by PCI DSS.

• Right to request a copy of the personal information we keep about you.
  Please send an email to info@acestransferstous.gr stating that you require a copy of your information. Please include your Full Name in this message.
• Right to update your own personal information to keep it accurate.
  You can notify us by email to info@acestransferstours.gr about any update you wish to make on the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to be forgotten. Data Deletion.
  If you wish to delete any Personal Data we hold about you, please send an email to info@acestransferstours.gr stating that you wish your personal data to be deleted from our systems. Please, keep in mind that there are some data like accounting information that we are required by law to keep for several years. In these cases, we make such data anonymous and do not delete them. Anonymization is the process of replacing your data with pseudo data, which cannot be related to you anymore.

In any promotional material that you receive from us (which is extremely limited), for which your consent was given in the past, there is always an easy way to withdraw your consent.

Aces Transfers & Services does not engage in automated customers’ profiling. Your travel preferences are analyzed by humans each time we build a travel package for you.
